Vent Free Heater Restrictions

Important Notice: The items below carry usage and purchase restrictions.

Since requlations change frequently, and without notice, it is impossible to monitor and regulations in every state, country, and municipality in both the USA and Canada.  We are providing this list as detailed as possible, however, the purchaser is responsible for contacting their local governing body and understanding regulations fully before purchasing any Vent Free heater product.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to knowall laws and regulations which would restrict use and purchase of any vent free heater system. 

The following restrictions for purchasing and use apply

Canada
All Vent Free Heater Use and Sales are prohibited

California
All Vent Free Heater Use and Sales are prohibited

Massachusetts
Buddy Heater Models must have a specific model for use and purchase in the state of Massachusetts.  Models not specified with Massachusetts model specificaitons are prohibited  (MH4B, MH9BX & MH18B)

All Other States
All Vent Free Heaters : Restrictions Vary Widely by City, State, Municipality and Country (consult your local building department for clarificaiton regarding any restictions

* Please note, it is the responsibility of the buyer to research and understand any and all laws and regulations regarding the use and purcahse of vent free heater products for your usage area.  As per our terms and agreement, Alta Power Corp assumes no liabilty for the purcahse, shipment and use of vent free heaters in any location in a restricted or regulated usage location.
